This week’s numbers for Denver’s Green Valley Ranch neighborhood in the 80249 zip code didn’t change much week over week. However, the current numbers do show a more balanced market than we’ve seen in over 2 years. Inventory is nearing a normalized number as are days on market. These two indicators are helpful to buyers in that it gives them more options and time to choose. Interest rates are expected to rise again. Denver’s market has shown direct response to higher rates. Statistically, Denver is still a sellers market but as the market cools, buyers continue to gain leverage.
